Welcome to Villa Aurora, a wonderful and contemporary premium Villa located in Olhos de Água/Albufeira.
This Villa this Villa has a privileged location, close to Maria Luisa beach, Restaurants and Golf Courses.
With plenty of space, this Villa is perfect for a group of family or friends. You can enjoy your own private pool in the sunny outdoor space, while the interior is fully equipped with everything you will need for your Algarve getaway.
Walking distance to Maria Luisa Beach, Restaurants and Supermarket and less than a 5-to-10-minute drive to the famous Santa Eulalia and Olhos de Água Beaches and Pine Cliffs Golf Course.
The exterior
The space outside is just as wonderful and breath-taking as the inside.
There is a lovely garden surrounding the Villa with plenty of space for the children to run around.
At the back of the villa, you will find the pool area, with sun loungers around the pool, great for relaxing, unwinding, having fun and cooling off. There's also an eating area, with a charcoal BBQ for tasty meals in the terrace area.
On the front right side of the Villa, you have a private parking area.
The living areas
Built over two levels, this Villa has fabulous living areas. On the main floor, you will find a spacious open plan space with the living room, with TV, and dining room.
The kitchen on the main floor is equipped with everything you will need including a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, electric hob, and extractor. There is direct access to the terrace with BBQ and outside eating from the main kitchen.
There is also a social WC on this floor.
On this floor you can find 4 fabulous bedrooms, all en-suite (with walk-in showers), sleeping 8 guests.
The master bedroom, as a king size bed and a private dressing area. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are comfortably decorated and furnished, with AC and direct access to the surrounding garden.
There is also a small office area located near the rooms.
The basement level at Aurora Premium Villa is not your regular basement. It is home to a huge games room with natural light, two sitting areas, fireplace, a snooker table, a “matraquilhos” table (a popular football table game in Portugal), flat screen TV with internet connection, and a toddler area.
Here you will find a second kitchen with all the necessities (fridge, oven, washing machine), perfect to prepare quick meals by the pool, and with direct access to a terrace and pool area.
This floor also has an extra room with two single beds (additional cost) and shared bathroom with shower.
