Villa Gardénia is a magnificent fully refurbished residence, situated in the Cerro d'Águia area, above São Rafael, in Albufeira. With modern interiors, spacious areas, private pool and a wonderful sea view on the horizon, this property is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and a memorable stay in the Algarve.
The residence has 4 elegant suites, plus two double bedrooms, all carefully prepared to provide comfort and tranquillity. Additionally, there are 2 more bedrooms on the pool floor, available upon request and with an additional cost per person per night, allowing the house to be adapted for larger groups.
On the ground floor, you will find the main social area of the house, in an open-space concept. The kitchen, dining room and living room are integrated into a spacious, bright and sophisticated environment, creating a perfect space for socialising between family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and the interior dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere for shared moments.
The living room is comfortable and modern, with spacious sofas, television and large windows that allow natural light to enter and create a harmonious connection with the outside. On this same floor there is also a guest toilet.
From the social area, you have access to a veranda with comfortable sofas and a table ideal for breakfasts or light meals, where you can enjoy an enchanting view over the surroundings and the sea on the horizon.
On the pool level are the 2 additional bedrooms, available upon request and with an extra cost, as well as a shared bathroom. This floor also has a small support kitchen for the outdoor area, very practical for meals by the pool or outdoor socialising moments.
On the exterior, Villa Gardénia offers a fantastic leisure area, designed to make the most of the Algarve climate. The spacious private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and rest areas, creating the perfect setting to relax during the day. The outdoor area also includes a large dining table, ideal for group lunches and dinners, as well as a double barbecue for preparing outdoor meals.
Still outside, there is a pleasant sofa area, perfect for enjoying drinks at the end of the afternoon or relaxed moments at night, in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

The house would need to be upgraded:
- oven, microwave hardly to use as labels (what button is for what) were unexistent, probably because of too much cleaning
- no heating in the living areas and bathrooms
- not enough pressure for hot water in tsee more

Creio que não faz sentido uma casa para 10 pessoas não ter uma sala comum com televisão, quando existe essa mesma sala com grandes dimensões e que praticamente não foi usada devido a esta situação.

O único espaço com televisão está situado entre 2 quartos o que origina que quem quer ver um pouco de televisão até tarde fica mto condicionado, também espaço muito pequeno para as 10 pessoas poderem estar nesta divisão. Faltam alguns utensílios na cozinha, tesoura, caixas, travessas, são ex entre outros de que a cozinha para 10 pessoas tem algumas falhas. |

Adorámos a casa, a vista, o serviço prestado pela Cool Villas (contacto com a agência, o serviço de limpeza). A casa era muito bonita e dispunha de tudo para umas ´férias sem que tivéssemos de nos preocupar com nada.
