All our properties are self-contained, equipped with a key box for a self check-in, equipped with fast wifi so that you can continue with you work/studies and we deliver homemade and oven ready meals. This Portuguese 5 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool, great views to the sea and fashionable furnishings and interiors.
From the road we find the main entrance on the superior level but on the lower level there's a large parking in Portuguese “calçada” (coble stone) that lead to the closed garage, also for 2 cars.
The front door opens to the distribution hall, where we find the bedrooms on the left, the lounge in front and to the right the kitchen and the accesses both to the roof terrace and to the games room in the basement. The open plan living area has large and comfortable sofas and an impressive dining area. Sliding doors from the lounge open out to a south facing terrace with sea views, overlooking the swimming pool and garden lawn.
To the left of the entrance hall is a guest toilet with shower and a TV room with games console and a sofa bed. The bedrooms take the entire left side of the house, all themed by colours: the pink room with a double bed, the olive room and the brown room both with twin beds and sharing a lounge area and a bathroom, and the master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and free air conditioning/heating.
To the right of the entrance hall is a small corridor leading to the fully equipped kitchen, which has a door to the outdoor dining area. On this corridor are two wooden sliding doors: the first goes down to the lower level of the house and the second goes to the upper level of the house.
On the lower level the first door to the right leads to the garage. On the left side is a bathroom with shower, an extra room furnished with two single extra beds, which is converted into a playroom for the little ones, and the games room with sliding doors to the patio and swimming pool.
On the upper level is the roof terrace that runs the length of the villa, where you can enjoy a drink as you admire the view over the surrounding countryside to the sea beyond.
Outside, the spacious pool terrace has a large private swimming pool and offers a good deal of seclusion.
Nestled on the hillside of Cerro dAguia, above Sao Rafael, Villa Gardenia has views of the city to the sea. The villa is not far from a selection of amazing beaches, the center of Sao Rafael as well as the popular Albufeira marina.

The house would need to be upgraded:
- oven, microwave hardly to use as labels (what button is for what) were unexistent, probably because of too much cleaning
- no heating in the living areas and bathrooms
- not enough pressure for hot water in tsee more

Adorámos a casa, a vista, o serviço prestado pela Cool Villas (contacto com a agência, o serviço de limpeza). A casa era muito bonita e dispunha de tudo para umas ´férias sem que tivéssemos de nos preocupar com nada.

Dado que temos crianças pequenas e bebés, pensamos que faz falta uma porta na parte de cima das escadas da varanda - tornaria a casa bem mais segura. O forno e o microndas poderiam ter alguma indicação da temperatura etc (tornou-se um pouco difícil psee more
