Designed with the outdoors in mind, Villa Protea has a traditional design and picturesque details. This 4 bedroom plus 1 extra bedroom villa (additional cost) offers accommodation spacious enough for a large group or family, complete with a private pool, games room and being within walking distance of local amenities.
The villa is surrounded by a mature garden with pine trees which allow for some amazing shaded areas - ideal for children to play. There is a large private swimming pool furnished with sun loungers for all guests and a shaded dining area for alfresco dining.
The villa has three levels: at the level of the garage and the pool there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a games room with a pool table.
On the ground floor is the living-dining room which opens south facing onto a large veranda. The living room has a fireplace, a flat screen with cable TV, wifi and comfortable sofas. The dining room is decorated with a beautiful set of antiques and has direct access to the kitchen. We recently remodeled the kitchen but kept the famous Portuguese tiles as a decorative detail - it's beautiful! From the kitchen you can go to the babrbecue terrace, equipped with a built-in charcoal barbecue. On this floor there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a separate bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and direct access to a very large terrace and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have wardobes and air conditioning.
On the pool floor, you will find a space with a snooker table, plus a bathroom with shower and the extra bedroom with two single beds. This room is only available when requested by guests.
The beautiful beach and small selection of restaurants in Castelo can be reached within a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive. Further afield is the lively town of Albufeira, with its marina and charming old town to impress from dusk till dawn, just a ten minute drive away.
Weekly rental includes bath and pool towels, light cleaning, air conditioning and WiFi.

Acqua Marina has a privileged location within the dock, enjoying views of boats entering and leaving the Albufeira Marina.

This holiday home in the Algarve has 5 bedrooms with accommodation on 2 levels. There is a large automatic gate that provides access to a private garage area with space for 1 hire car. The swimming pool and garden are fully enclosed and can be accessed from the main entrance or the living room glass doors. The pool has a perfect view over the boats and has ample lawn and terrace space for sun lovers to relax. There is also a large outdoor dining area with a mobile barbecue unit and a large table and chairs. The front door on the side of the house opens to the spacious living/dining room which has ample seating and an entirely windowed wall with a view of the pier and the pool. The large fully equipped kitchen is on the left and has a strategic window to the garden. On this level there is also a bathroom next to the kitchen and an individual bedroom, ideal for older children.

The stairs in the living room lead you to the first floor and the lower floor. On the first floor, there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a twin room with an en-suite bathroom, and 2 rooms sharing a separate bathroom. All rooms have a small private balcony. The lower floor is where the games room with a ping-pong table is located.

This delicious dwelling in the Algarve is in an excellent location within the colourful marina of Albufeira. A mini-market and a variety of restaurants are easily accessible on foot. São Rafael beach, framed by a stunning landscape, is a few minutes away by car and the Historic Centre of Albufeira is also nearby, a 30-minute walk or a few minutes by car.
